Description and Requirements Role Overview The Hardware Certification Intermediate Analyst is responsible for managing the certification and update lifecycle of hardware across enterprise environments. This role ensures compatibility with Windows, Linux, and macOS, while maintaining certified hardware inventories and overseeing driver deployment through tools such as MDT and SCCM. Key Responsibilities Manage hardware certification and updates across enterprise environments Ensure compatibility with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems Analyze and catalog hardware models and part numbers, maintaining an up-to-date inventory Perform driver certification, download, classification, and updates (e.g., .exe and .inf files) Maintain and update driver repositories in MDT, SCCM, or similar platforms, removing obsolete components Validate operating system boot processes and confirm usability after updates and certifications Manage certification logistics and documentation, including asset tracking and boot media maintenance Act as an escalation point for customer satisfaction issues Participate in regular customer meetings Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation and reports Key Skills & Competencies Strong verbal and written communication skills Solid knowledge of hardware and software support technologies Ability to diagnose and resolve intermediate-level technical issues Understanding of IT service environments and operational processes Ability to build effective working relationships across teams Experience working with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred) Hands-on experience with Microsoft MDT, SCCM, and Intune Experience & Qualifications Experience: 2–5 years of experience in IT support or field services, in either internal or outsourced environments Education: Undergraduate degree in an IT-related discipline, or Technical high school diploma with relevant IT certifications Certifications Required: ITIL Foundation Preferred (at least two or equivalent): MD-100: Windows Client MD-101: Managing Modern Desktops MD-102: Explore Endpoint Management SC-900: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals 20703-1: Administering System Center Configuration Manager 55313AC: Administering Configuration Manager, Part I macOS Support Essentials LPI Linux Essentials Additional Locations : Brazil - São Paulo - São Paulo Brazil - São Paulo - Sao Paulo Brazil Brazil - São Paulo Brazil - São Paulo - São Paulo , Brazil - São Paulo - Sao Paulo Go back Apply If you require an accommodation to complete this application, please contact ability@lenovo.com
