Description and Requirements This Customer Fulfillment analyst position will support the North America IDG business. Responsibilities: Provide proactive backlog management support to North America Sales Order Load. Pull daily backlog, work blocks and unreleased orders and rejected orders from factory. Work aged orders on factory and ensure orders have committed ship dates. Monitor PSD churn and work to prevent PSD's from slipping. Recommend orders that may need prioritization to get improvement. Work with Sales teams to offspec/CR (change request) end of life components in their BOM. Hold weekly cadence meeting with Sales Mangers to review backlog health, Watch List and help needed. Summarize Supply Chain information to Sales that come from various meetings during the week to ensure they are aware. Drive actions and process improvements Collaborate with cross functional teams in support of customer orders and processes.
