The Opportunity We’re looking for a Paid Media Coordinator to join our growing in-house Digital team on the Gold Coast. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for paid social and performance marketing who wants hands-on experience managing campaigns across global markets. You’ll work closely with our Digital team to help drive customer acquisition, optimise campaign performance, uncover insights through data, and support the continued growth of the Outcast brand. Key Responsibilities Set up and manage paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat and Pinterest Monitor performance daily and weekly, making data-driven recommendations to improve results Run A/B tests across creative and targeting to continuously improve performance Optimise content and creative for search, paid social and other digital platforms Stay across industry trends and platform updates to identify new opportunities Deliver regular performance insights across sales and media to support wider business decisions Build reports and insights to support influencer, social, customer experience and design teams Work closely with the creative team to brief and source assets for paid channels Skills & Experience 1-2 year experience in a paid media role (agency or fashion/ecommerce essential) Hands-on experience with Meta, Tiktok, Pinterest Ads Manager Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear actions Strong communicator who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Why Join Outcast?
