About the role The Content Creator is responsible for developing and executing high-quality, engaging, and brand-consistent content across all Move Headquarters digital and physical platforms. This role involves a blend of creative storytelling, graphic design, video production, and strategic distribution to enhance brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and support the organisation's commercial objectives. The Content Creator will ensure that all output aligns with the Move Headquarters brand voice and resonates with the target demographic within the Queensland market and beyond. Duties and Responsibilities The role requires close collaboration with the sales, operations, and executive teams to ensure content supports broader business initiatives and operational requirements. Develop and implement a comprehensive content calendar aligned with seasonal trends, business milestones, and marketing campaigns. Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Move Headquarters remains at the forefront of digital engagement. Contribute to the development of brand guidelines and ensure all content adheres to established visual and tonal standards. Manage and grow the organisation's presence across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Monitor social media channels, engage with the community, and respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner. Utilise platform-specific features (e.g., Reels, Stories, Polls) to maximise reach and engagement. Conceptualise, film, and edit high-quality video content for social media, website use, and advertising. Design digital assets including social media tiles, email banners, infographics, and promotional flyers using the Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools. Coordinate and execute professional photography sessions for staff, facilities, and events. Draft compelling copy for social media captions, blog posts, newsletters, and website updates. Ensure all written communication is grammatically correct, SEO-optimised, and consistent with the brand voice. Review and sub-edit content produced by other departments to ensure brand alignment. Track and analyse the performance of content across all channels using tools such as Google Analytics and platform-native insights. Prepare monthly reports detailing key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement. Adjust content strategies based on data-driven insights to improve Return on Investment (ROI). Essential Skills A strong eye for visual aesthetics, layout, and typography, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging visual content. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively under pressure. A proactive approach to learning new technologies, software, and emerging digital trends to keep the brand competitive.
