Key Responsibilities Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to scope Manage project budgets, costs, and variations Lead site teams including Foremen, Leading Hands, and electricians Oversee programs, resources, and subcontractors Review drawings and ensure technical compliance Liaise with builders, clients, and key stakeholders Ensure WHS and safety compliance across all projects Manage procurement, suppliers, and materials Handle contracts, risks, and project documentation Oversee commissioning, defects, and final handover Experience 2–3 years’ experience as an Electrical Project Manager Background in commercial or large-scale residential projects Experience delivering projects valued between $500K – $5M Exposure to fast-paced, programme-driven environments Experience working with mid-tier builders or subcontractors Skillset End-to-end project delivery capability (program, cost, resources) Strong commercial awareness (budgets, margins, variations) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Confident stakeholder management (builders, clients, subcontractors) Strong technical knowledge of commercial electrical systems Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documentation Practical, solutions-focused approach Qualifications NSW Electrical Licence – essential White Card – essential Cert IV / Diploma in Electrical or Project Management – preferred Strong knowledge of AS/NZS standards and WHS Salary & Benefits $140,000 – $160,000 Super Stable, growing business with long-term opportunities Reporting Line Reporting directly to the Managing Director Additional info Immediate interview availability Role created due to continued company growth Based in Homebush West (Head Office) Mix of office and site On-site parking available Apply now If you’re a driven Electrical Project Manager looking to step into a growing company with strong leadership and a solid project pipeline—apply now.
