Job Description Lead ASP3 electrical designs from concept through to approval Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers Manage relationships with clients, developers, and service authorities Interface with Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy, Essential Energy, and other stakeholders Improve delivery processes, standards, and commercial outcomes Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams including architects and engineers] Support efficient project delivery with a focus on first-time approvals Contribute to business growth and expansion of infrastructure capabilities The Successful Applicant 5 years' ASP3 electrical design experience in NSW NSW ASP3 Accreditation Strong experience with Ausgrid and/or Endeavour Energy and/ or Essential networks Background delivering: CBD chamber substations, Kiosk, padmount, and pole-top substations, relocations and augmentations Ability to lead projects end-to-end and coordinate across stakeholders Strong leadership and mentoring capability Excellent stakeholder and client management skills Commercial awareness with a delivery-focused mindset What's on Offer Competitive salary package.
