The department provides anaesthesia services for: Obstetrics and Gynaecology Orthopaedic Surgery General Surgery Urology Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Surgery Ophthalmology Gastroenterology Dental and Maxillofacial Procedures Additional responsibilities include: Pre-admission Anaesthetic Clinics Acute Pain Service and Pain Rounds Procedural Sedation Services Participation in teaching and supervision of junior medical staff Involvement in research, audit, and quality improvement activities This role offers excellent clinical diversity and the opportunity to further develop subspecialty interests within a supportive environment.
