Our client is seeking an experienced Asset Technical Officer to join their team in South Perth on a full-time temporary basis (38 hours per week). This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented asset management professional to contribute to the effective management of infrastructure assets while supporting strategic and operational objectives. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in maintaining asset data integrity, supporting asset management planning, analysing data, and assisting with capital renewal and maintenance programs. What you’ll be doing: Maintaining accurate asset information within Asset Management Systems (AMS) and GIS platforms Supporting the development and maintenance of Asset Management Plans Analysing asset, financial and lifecycle data Preparing reports and technical documentation Assisting with capital improvement, renewal and maintenance programs Providing asset information and support to internal stakeholders Supporting quotations, tenders and procurement activities Monitoring asset register accuracy and data integrity What you’ll need: Previous experience in asset management or a similar technical asset role Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management and asset management planning Experience with asset registers, condition assessments and asset valuation processes Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience using AMS platforms, with TechnologyOne highly regarded Exposure to GIS systems Strong analytical and reporting capabilities Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills High attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines What’s in it for you: Full-time temporary opportunity (38 hours per week) South Perth-based role Diverse and interesting asset management projects Collaborative team environment Opportunity to work with industry-leading asset management systems Valuable exposure to infrastructure asset planning and reporting How to apply: To complete your application for this position please click on the "APPLY" button.
