This is a key leadership role supporting large‑scale operations across Australia and international locations. What You’ll Do Lead and mentor a team delivering all mobilization activities Oversee onboarding, visas, travel, medicals, and compliance workflows Manage approvals, reporting, coding, and cost control Partner with project, HR, travel, and commercial stakeholders Improve processes and ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery What You Bring 7–10 years in mobilization, onboarding, HR operations, or workforce logistics Proven team leadership experience Strong knowledge of visa pathways, compliance, and travel coordination Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills If you’re ready to lead a critical function and elevate mobilization performance across major projects, we’d love to hear from you.
