Location: Perth, WA Rate: Up to $135 per hour (dependent on experience) Type: Contract Duration: Initial 12 months contract, Monday to Friday About the Role We are seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to support a portfolio of major projects, focused on multidisciplinary engineering integration, stakeholder coordination, and interface management across studies through to execution. This role aligns closely with a Senior Project Engineer, requiring strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence outcomes across multiple teams without direct authority. You will play a key role in coordinating engineering inputs, supporting delivery across operational, sustaining capital, and growth projects, and ensuring alignment across complex project interfaces. Key Responsibilities Coordinate engineering engagement requests and support project initiation activities Lead integration and coordination of multidisciplinary engineering deliverables Manage interfaces between engineering disciplines, stakeholders, and project teams Facilitate stakeholder engagement and alignment across Engineering, Projects, and Studies teams Support early engineering phases including scope definition, studies, and execution planning Coordinate external engineering partners, vendors, and design deliverables Ensure alignment with technical standards, governance, and project delivery frameworks Monitor integration risks, issues, and performance across multiple projects Support delivery across operational, sustaining capital, and growth project portfolio Mandatory Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline Minimum 5 years’ experience in engineering coordination, integration, or project delivery roles Experience within mining, resources, energy, or infrastructure sectors Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to influence without direct authority Proven ability to manage interfaces across multidisciplinary teams Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment Preferred Experience in Senior Project Engineer or similar roles Exposure to full project lifecycle (studies through to execution) Experience across operational, sustaining capital, and growth projects Project Management or leadership training Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or equivalent For more information about this opportunity, please click APPLY or contact Alvin on or via email on DRD Group is a specialist recruitment provider renowned for recruiting quality project teams on major projects within the Energy, Resources, Defense, Renewables and Infrastructure sectors.
