Key Responsibilities Concurrently manage a number of High-End Residential projects as well as boutique Multi-res projects in the team. Lead and contribute across all phases, from briefing, design, documentation and through to completion Develop 3D models and high-quality renders (ArchiCAD & Twinmotion experience beneficial) Involvement with detailing, construction knowledge and contract administration Working holistically across both architecture and interior architecture for each project Coordinate with clients and consultants to ensure integrated, resolved outcomes Support design director and team mates as required Skills & Experience Masters Degree in Architecture Current ARBV Registration (preferred) Min. 7 years experience in detailed, local Multi-residential and high-end residential projects High proficiency in using ArchiCAD including documentation is a must All-rounder capabilities with proven experience in all phases of a project including detailing, construction documentation, site and cost management as well as consultant coordination Strong leadership capabilities, design eye and attention to detail Must love dogs!
