About the role: Partnering with managers to provide practical HR advice Supporting employee relations matters, including performance and conduct Managing end-to-end recruitment Coordinating onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes Assisting with award interpretation and compliance Contributing to HR projects, systems, and process improvements Skills and Experience: 3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role Strong exposure to employee relations recruitment Knowledge of Australian employment legislation & awards Confident communicator who can build relationships at all levels Proactive, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Whats on offer?
