18th June, 2026 An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced clinician to step into a leadership role within a well-established youth mental health service in Western Sydney. This position offers the chance to combine clinical expertise with people leadership, supporting a multidisciplinary team while contributing to service quality, innovation and positive outcomes for young people. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in supporting clinicians, embedding evidence-based practice, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. Key responsibilities Provide clinical and operational supervision to a multidisciplinary team. Facilitate case reviews, intake discussions and client management meetings. Promote and embed evidence-based, recovery-oriented practice. Mentor and support clinicians through onboarding and ongoing development. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to service planning, quality improvement and strategic initiatives. Monitor service performance and contribute to reporting requirements. Maintain a small clinical caseload as required. Participate in an on-call roster approximately once every three months. About you You are an experienced clinician with a passion for youth mental health and a genuine commitment to supporting both clients and your team. You bring strong clinical capability, sound judgement and a collaborative leadership style. You will have: Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Nursing or a related discipline. Registration with AHPRA or the relevant professional body. A minimum of five years' clinical experience within youth mental health or a related setting. Previous experience supervising, mentoring or leading clinicians. Strong understanding of evidence-based, recovery-oriented and person-centred practice. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. The ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced community setting. Current Australian Driver's Licence. Why apply?
