Description Followmont Transport is seeking a dedicated and motivated Store Person to join our team at our busy 3PL Warehouse in Eagle Farm. This is a full-time permanent role where you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. This opportunity would suit someone who is self-motivated, reliable, and has a positive, can-do attitude. You’ll need to be well-organized while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in your work. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. What you'll be doing Crossdocking and container decanting (both manual and forklift operations) Picking and packing orders to meet customer requirements Forklift operations (high reach and counterbalance) Loading and unloading trucks efficiently and safely Maintaining accurate records of all stock movement in and out of the warehouse Conducting stock takes and cycle counts General warehouse cleaning and maintenance Reporting any damaged goods or spillages promptly Carrying out safety audits to ensure a safe working environment What we offer At Followmont Transport, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment. Qualifications What we're looking for Valid Forklift Licence (LF) with a minimum of 12 months of experience (essential) Basic computer literacy Ability to work as an all-rounder in various warehouse tasks Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Own transport is essential Previous experience in a similar warehouse role (3PL experience highly regarded) Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (highly regarded) Followmont Transport is a leading provider of integrated logistics solutions in Australia.
