About the position: Ready to lead from the front, prioritise safety, and enjoy the journey while you’re at it? We’re looking for a Transport Supervisor who’s passionate about keeping delivery operations running smoothly—managing teams, coordinating schedules, and ensuring every delivery is on time and hassle-free! Ensure delivery teams follow safety procedures and WH&S policies. Implement training to minimise incidents and injuries. Conduct fleet audits and maintain Chain of Responsibility compliance. Oversee loading accuracy and manage load restraint documentation. Build a motivated transport team and strong stakeholder relationships. Optimise transport operations and reduce costs. Plan next-day deliveries and manage truck requirements. Support Saturday delivery operations as needed. Liaise with contractors and report any stock or property damage promptly. Perform other ad hoc duties as required. Shift details: Monday to Friday with approximate hours from 4:30am to 1:00pm, with flexibility to be contacted outside these times. Availability on Saturday mornings to support delivery operations is also required. Wacol 4076. Competitive annual salary package Superannuation! Qualifications: 3 years in transport and logistics, with 2 years in leadership. Experience managing Chain of Responsibility compliance. Strong safety focus with manual handling expertise.
