About the Opportunity We are currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist to support our radiologists and clinical team within our North Lakes and Redcliffe site on a Full-Time basis, offering a fantastic entry point into the world of radiology. This role is based within a small, close-knit team where collaboration and support are part of the everyday environment. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, no weekend shifts with early operating hours that promote a great work-life balance. Shifts typically fall between 7:00am–3:00pm or 8:00am–4:00pm. The clinic itself is a great introduction to radiology, specialising in PET-CT as its single modality. It is also uniquely positioned within a joint department alongside Icon Cancer Centre, offering exposure to a collaborative healthcare setting focused on patient care and advanced diagnostics. About You You are a professional, organised, and patient-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is committed to delivering high-quality service. You will demonstrate: Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage competing priorities effectively A proactive, team-oriented approach Experience & Skills: Previous experience in medical imaging, radiology, or hospital environments (highly regarded) Experience supporting radiologists or working within radiology workflows (advantageous) Proficiency in Karisma (or similar patient management systems) Strong capability in Microsoft Office and Teams Sound understanding of administrative processes Commitment to confidentiality and patient privacy Why Join Qscan?
