Estimating Manager Join a leading residential builder and take ownership of a high-performing Estimating Department. You'll lead a team of Production and Sales Estimators, drive workflow across the business, and play a key role in delivering accurate, timely cost estimates that keep projects and sales pipelines moving. The role: Lead and manage the Estimating Department across Sales and Production workflow Create Bills of Quantity (BOQs) for new home designs Manage accurate, timely cost estimates for all New Home Orders Approve purchase orders and over-budget invoices; drive resolution through process improvement Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors Collaborate with the Procurement and Supply Manager and internal departments to improve systems and efficiencies Provide workflow reporting and updates to stakeholders as required Skills & experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in Production Estimating within residential new home construction Demonstrated experience leading a team of Production and Sales Estimators in a volume building environment Trade background highly regarded Construction Induction White Card (required) Databuild — essential M Files Framework Salesforce What's on offer: Competitive salary package Free on-site parking Collaborative team environment Apply now!
