6-month contract Attractive Hourly pay rate Hybrid work arrangement (offices located in Parramatta) Purpose of the role: You will be responsible to provide high quality customer service and administrative support to ensure the accurate and timely processing of applications and enquiries for energy assistance programs, contributing to positive outcomes for customers and supporting efficient service delivery. Key Accountabilities: Respond to customer enquiries across multiple channels to provide clear information and support positive customer outcomes. Process customer applications and requests accurately and within required timeframes to support timely access to energy assistance programs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, applications and outcomes in relevant systems to support data integrity. Use available systems and tools to input, verify and update customer information in line with operational standards. Contribute to efficient branch operations by performing routine administrative tasks and supporting colleagues during peak periods. Escalate complex or sensitive matters to supervisors to ensure consistent and appropriate service delivery. Participate in outreach or engagement activities, when required, to strengthen customer understanding of available assistance programs.
