Customer Service Officer - SAP $37.13 per hour casual rate Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm 3 to 6 month project Smithfield Location We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer with call centre or outbound call experience to join a large FMCG for 3-6 months. This is a project for a product recall, so it's not sales, just following up on a database and updating information. This is a great opportunity for a CSO who is looking to be part of a professional team. This role is to start ASAP. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key standards: Previous experience in a call centre environment, with the ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism Support and collaboration to the greater Customer Service Team Service outbound calls to customers, providing timely support and effective resolution of inquiries and issues Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions To co-operate by willingly participating and supporting team decisions, being a good team player.
