The role Reporting to the Credit Manager, in this highly visible and integral hands-on end to end role, as part of a team of 5, you will own your own ledger, deliver superior levels of customer service and develop successful key internal/external relationships. Duties Full function Credit Control Credit claims Managing large number of small and large National accounts Creating new accounts Managing credit queries with internal/external departments Maintain and monitor customer credit limits Identify and flag at risk customers re potential litigation Outbound collections Managing large ledger Stop supply Bank reconciliations Raising credit notes/returns Liaising with other departments re credit claims Other ad-hoc duties as required About you The successful candidate will have had experience in working in an AR/Credit position for a minimum of 3 years, ideally at an organization within the Trade, Retail/Wholesale, Distribution or Building/Construction industries, however candidate with a can-do attitude from other industries are also encouraged to apply. You will have a growth mindset and proven track record in minimizing bad debt and maximizing collections. You will lead from the front in providing exemplary customer service and have an ability to build successful relationships with key vendors/suppliers and key internal stakeholders.
