Senior Contract Administrator - Tier 2 Contractor | Major Road Projects The Company Our client is a well-established Tier 2 civil contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across NSW, particularly within the road and transport sector. Off the back of continued success, they have recently been awarded two major road projects valued at $90M each and are now looking to appoint a Senior Contract Administrator to support delivery. The Role You will be working across two recently awarded $90M road projects, reporting directly to the Commercial Manager. This is a key role within the team where you will take ownership of the commercial function across multiple work fronts, ensuring strong cost control and contractual performance throughout delivery. You will also have regular client interaction, so your ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships will be critical. Key Responsibilities Lead contract administration across two concurrent road projects (~$90M each) Procure, negotiate, and administer subcontract packages Manage project costs, forecasting, and financial reporting Assess and manage variations, claims, and EOTs Ensure compliance with project and client requirements (TfNSW experience advantageous) Maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships Support the Commercial Manager in achieving project outcomes About You Minimum 7 years' experience in Contract Administration within civil infrastructure Proven experience delivering road or major infrastructure projects ($50M) Strong commercial acumen and contract knowledge Demonstrated ability to manage procurement and subcontract packages A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a strong work ethic Degree or trade qualified What's on Offer Work on two flagship $90M road projects Join a growing Tier 2 contractor with a strong pipeline Supportive and high-performing team environment Clear career progression opportunities Salary circa $200K Super To Apply This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded contractor delivering key infrastructure projects across NSW.
