We have established fully equipped component and seat shops, as well as repair stations in Singapore (our Head Office), Malaysia, Australia, and India. Our Australian Office is currently seeking an Information Systems Co-ordinator to join our operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating and supporting business information systems across multiple departments, ensuring information accuracy, improving workflows, and maintaining effective system processes to support operational efficiency and business growth. The position works closely with operational teams, Quality Assurance, and external software providers to support system enhancements, information management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your duties will include: • Coordinate and maintain business information systems across operational departments to ensure systems support business requirements and operational efficiency • Liaise with Quality Assurance teams and external software providers to support system improvements and workflow enhancements within the Quantum/SAP environment • Maintain and administer company systems by creating and updating unit, product, and operational records to ensure data accuracy and integrity • Support the development, testing, and implementation of system enhancements and process improvements across business operations • Monitor system performance and information accuracy through regular reviews, audits, and maintenance activities • Coordinate the collection, management, and distribution of business information to support reporting and operational decision-making • Collaborate with operational departments to identify business system requirements and ensure information systems reflect organisational capabilities and operational needs • Assist in maintaining system security measures, access controls, backup verification processes, and data protection procedures • Develop and maintain system documentation, process maps, templates, and user guides to support business operations • Coordinate business process improvement initiatives through workflow analysis, stakeholder consultation, and implementation of system enhancements • Monitor inventory and procurement information within business systems to maintain accurate records and support operational planning • Act as the internal point of contact for information systems, business applications, and operational system support requirements • Coordinate stakeholder engagement relating to system updates, process changes, and business information requirements • Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, operational workflows, and information management processes We expect you to have: • Relevant Bachelor qualification in Information Management, Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline • Minimum 1 year of experience in information management, business systems coordination, operational support, or related roles • Experience working with ERP systems and business information systems such as SAP or similar platforms • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage large volumes of information accurately • Experience preparing documentation, reports, workflow processes, and business records • Strong understanding of information governance, data accuracy, and business process improvement principles • Excellent organisational and communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and manage competing priorities • Experience within aviation, manufacturing, repair services, or regulated industries will be highly regarded Employment Type: Full-time Position (38 hours per week) We are an equal opportunity employer dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
