We are partnering with an exciting multi-channel retail business, currently going through a transformation journey across their beauty and lifestyle space. With a strong focus on strengthening its commercial and buying capability, refining category strategy, and continuing to scale its physical and digital footprint. This is a senior buying role with full ownership of a key category, offering the opportunity to influence both short-term performance and longer-term direction. The Role You will be responsible for leading category performance end-to-end, with a focus on driving sales, improving margin, and building a compelling and competitive product offering. Working across a broad supplier base, you will: Shape category direction through range planning and product selection Manage and develop supplier relationships, including commercial negotiations Identify new opportunities across product, pricing and promotional activity Drive performance through analysis of sales, margin and customer behaviour Partner with internal teams to ensure strong execution across channels Contribute to improving ways of working, bringing structure and commercial focus to the function What Makes This Interesting Opportunity to step into a business that is actively evolving and investing in its buying function Broad scope across strategy and execution — not a narrow or siloed role Exposure to a mix of established and emerging brands Ability to influence how categories are shaped and managed moving forward About You You are an experienced Buyer or Category Manager with a strong commercial mindset and a track record of delivering results.
