Further hone your reward analysis and rem review project management skills with a large Aus / NZ retailer and work with an experienced Head of Reward. What will you be doing? Reporting into an experienced and well-respected Head of Reward – you will coordinate and support a large annual compensation and variable pay review. Not limited though to purely rem review, you will also have the chance to get involved in people analytics, salary grading and benchmarking, as well as aspects of process and systems improvement. What background do you have? With >3 years corporate based remuneration experience, you have mastered the fundamentals of remuneration reviews, job grading and compensation operations, and are ready to apply that into a complex environment. Your Excel skills are advanced (VBA, Macros etc …), you have great attention to detail and you have worked with ELMO, SuccessFactors, Workday or similar.
