Key responsibilities • Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts to ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations. • Handle contract modifications and renewals, ensuring that any changes to contracts are properly documented and communicated to all relevant parties. • Monitor contract performance to ensure adherence to terms and conditions, and manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to execution and closeout. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and related documents, prepare reports on contract status, risks, and opportunities for management review. • Identify potential risks in contracts and develop strategies to mitigate risks. • Resolve contractual disputes and discrepancies in collaboration with stakeholders. • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency. To be considered for this position you must have • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
