Position Description: Patient triage and management - Medicare , DVA, Work Cover Administer immunisations and other injections Perform ECGs, spirometry, and ear syringing Conduct wound management procedures and assist GPs during minor surgeries Develop care plans, conduct health assessments, and support patients with chronic illnesses Sterilise equipment Conduct pre-employment assessments, audiometry, and spirometry Support reception staff Position Requirements: Current registration AHPRA Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Adaptable and open to change and innovation Current CPR certificate Previous experience in General Practice Knowledge of childhood and adult immunisations Experience in chronic disease management Computer skills (experience with Best Practice is highly desirable but not essential) Ability to multi-task and manage workflow in a treatment room After Hours Requirements: No About Townsville: This Practice is located in a highly sought-after coastal suburb of Townsville, offering a relaxed seaside lifestyle just 20 minutes from the city centre.
