ServiceNow Platform Specialist (Contract) Parramatta (Hybrid) Immediate start Competitive daily rate About the role We’re looking for a hands-on ServiceNow specialist to take ownership of platform operations, support and governance in a large enterprise environment. This is a delivery-focused contract role with strong autonomy and impact. Key responsibilities Manage core platform administration (users, roles, access, jobs, notifications, MID Server) Provide Level 2 support (incident triage, troubleshooting, minor enhancements) Drive release and change management across environments Maintain security controls (RBAC, ACLs, data access) Own platform health (performance, errors, data quality, tech debt) Lead upgrades and patching (impact assessment, testing, validation) Support integrations (monitoring, errors, vendor coordination) Deliver operational governance, documentation and reporting About you Strong hands-on experience with enterprise ServiceNow platforms Proven experience across support, admin, and platform operations Solid understanding of ITSM processes and governance frameworks Experience with upgrades, integrations and environment management Able to hit the ground running and work autonomously Highly regarded ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, etc.) Experience in regulated or large-scale environments For more information please call Tim Moynihan on 0404 780 144
