With a strong national presence and a growing pipeline of work, they are currently delivering a major modular development in South Brisbane and are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead site operations. What's Required? We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record delivering commercial construction projects from start to finish. Ideal candidates will possess: Previous experience delivering modular construction projects (highly regarded but not essential) Strong commercial construction background across new build projects Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Outstanding organisational and planning abilities The ability to manage fast-paced construction programmes and meet critical deadlines Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive site teams and subcontractors A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making Thorough understanding of construction methodologies, quality standards, and compliance requirements Solid knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation and best practices Trade or tertiary qualifications relevant to the construction industry The Role Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will take ownership of all on-site activities and be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of this large-scale modular project.
