Impact you will have in this role As Community Fundraising Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering RFDSSE’s community fundraising and supporter engagement activities, helping to achieve fundraising income and supporter growth objectives. You will coordinate community and third-party (peer-to-peer) fundraising programs across multiple channels, supporting individuals, community groups, workplaces and event participants to maximise their fundraising success while delivering an exceptional supporter experience. A primary focus of this role is the delivery and growth of peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns, with a strong emphasis on digital fundraising platforms. You will work closely with supporters to provide fundraising guidance, resources and stewardship, ensuring they feel valued and connected to the impact of their contribution. In addition, you will support the planning and delivery of fundraising events, coordinate volunteers as required, manage fundraising administration and reporting, and contribute to the ongoing development of community fundraising initiatives that drive sustainable growth and engagement. We're seeking an organised, proactive and relationship-focused fundraiser who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities and is motivated by achieving fundraising and supporter engagement outcomes. This role includes occasional domestic travel to support fundraising events and activities across NSW. Key Responsibilities Deliver and grow community and peer-to-peer fundraising programs to achieve income and supporter engagement targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with individual fundraisers, community groups, workplaces and event participants. Coordinate supporter journeys, fundraising communications, collateral, resources and digital fundraising materials. Support the planning, delivery and evaluation of third-party fundraising events. Manage fundraising administration, including Authority to Fundraise applications, compliance requirements and reporting. Maintain accurate fundraiser and event records within Raiser's Edge and other reporting systems. Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and identify opportunities to improve fundraising outcomes and supporter experience. Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver integrated fundraising campaigns and initiatives. Coordinate fundraising materials, event collateral and volunteer support as required. Ensure compliance with fundraising legislation, organisational policies and industry best practice. Skills and Experience Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experiencein fundraising / marketing or similar. Previous experience in fundraising, community engagement, campaign management or similar is ideal. Experience with digital fundraising platforms such as Raisely, Grassrootz and Funraisin, online campaigns and multi-channel supporter engagement. Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills. Excellent planning, organisational and project coordination capabilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence engaging supporters by phone and email. A commitment to delivering exceptional supporter experiences. High attention to detail and strong administrative skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using databases and digital tools.
