This role offers exposure to sophisticated client work and strong collaboration across commercial, tax and disputes teams. About the Firm A boutique West Perth law firm with deep expertise across commercial, tax, litigation, insolvency and estates, delivering strategic, practical and outcome-focused advice. The Role Manage a varied family law caseload including complex property settlements, financial agreements, parenting matters and dispute resolution. Work closely with commercial, tax and litigation teams on matters involving business structures, trusts, insolvency, succession planning and interrelated disputes. Contribute to the growth of the family law practice, with direct client engagement and involvement in strategic, high-value matters. About You You will ideally have approximately 3–6 years’ PAE in family law, with strong technical, drafting and matter management skills. You will bring sound judgment, a commercially focused mindset and the ability to support clients through sensitive and complex situations. You will demonstrate strong communication skills, initiative and a collaborative approach across multidisciplinary teams.
