(great work life balance) $33.38 - $35 per hour Temp-to-permanent opportunity Stable, ongoing work with a respected Australian manufacturer Supportive team environment On-the-job training and development opportunities The Role Working within a busy manufacturing environment, your duties will include: Drilling, sawing and riveting components Assembling ladders and related products Operating hand and power tools Maintaining a clean and safe work area Following workplace safety procedures and quality standards Assisting with general factory duties as required About You To be successful, you will ideally have: Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, production or factory environments Confidence using hand and power tools A strong work ethic and reliable attendance record Good attention to detail and commitment to quality The ability to perform physically demanding work A positive attitude and willingness to learn About the Company Established in 1998, and specialising in premium ladder and height safety solutions.
