This is a growth role where the current senior lawyer has been promoted to Partner and they are looking for a successor. The firm’s employment practice is supported by multiple Partners who bring a mix of employment advisory, safety and litigation expertise, giving you access to an exceptional depth of knowledge and mentorship. You will work on a broad range of quality employment dispute and litigation matters, such as unfair dismissal claims, general protections disputes, contractual issues and anti-discrimination matters. You will assist clients from both public and private sectors. If you enjoy advocacy, this could be the perfect fit, as you will have fantastic court exposure (you can either appear yourself or brief counsel).
