The Firm & The Opportunity Our client is a global law firm and their Sydney litigation team acts for multinational corporations, financial institutions, and government bodies on critical and high profile disputes. This role will see you working directly with respected, accessible Partners on a broad range of complex, high-stakes matters. This is not a role where you will be siloed; you will gain immediate, hands-on exposure to strategy, client management, and court advocacy. Key Responsibilities Manage complex commercial litigation matters across Supreme, Federal, and Appellate courts. Draft pleadings, witness statements, and comprehensive advices. Advise clients on regulatory investigations, class actions, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). About You At least 2 years pae plus in commercial litigation or dispute resolution from a reputable firm. Strong technical and drafting skills Sharp analytical skills with the ability to distil complex legal issues into commercial solutions. Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust with sophisticated corporate clients.
