We are currently seeking highly experienced Concreters and Concrete Finishers for ongoing FIFO works across regional Western Australia. We are looking for tradespeople who take pride in high-quality finishes, accuracy, and production output across civil and mining infrastructure projects. About the Role You will be working on a range of large-scale regional projects including civil works and mining infrastructure. Typical duties include: Concrete placement, screeding, levelling and finishing to high standards Reading and working from plans and specifications Formwork prep, set-out and basic reinforcement placement Finishing works including trowel/helipad finish, edges, joints and patching Working in remote FIFO environments under rostered conditions Maintaining strict safety and quality compliance on site What We’re Looking For We want people who are confident in their trade and can hit the ground running: Proven experience as a Concreter / Concrete Finisher in civil or mining projects Strong finishing skills (flatwork, slabs, structural pours, detailed finishing) Ability to work unsupervised and deliver consistent quality Experience working in FIFO or remote project environments (preferred) White Card (essential) Current driver’s licence Ability to pass medical, D&A screening and site inductions Strong safety mindset and team attitude What’s on Offer FIFO roles ex-Perth to regional WA projects Ongoing pipeline of work Competitive hourly rates (based on experience) Flights, accommodation and meals provided Opportunity to work with well-established civil contractors Stable rosters and consistent project continuity The Work Environment Fast-paced, physically demanding civil construction sites where quality matters.
