We are currently seeking a driven and relationship-focused Growth Manager to identify, attract and onboard top real estate talent onto the platform. This is a senior-level opportunity suited to an experienced industry leader such as a State Manager, Sales Director, General Manager, Head of Growth, or high-performing BDM with strong industry influence and networks. The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-performing agents, while helping drive market expansion and long-term business growth. About the Role: This is a relationship-driven acquisition role focused on engaging established real estate agents and business owners and positioning the platform as a premium alternative to traditional agency models. You will leverage your industry credibility, network, and commercial acumen to build strategic relationships and convert high-calibre agents onto the platform.
