Could you be our next Warehouse Team Leader? Based in a busy warehouse and manufacturing environment on Brisbane's northside near Zillmere, this is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands inbound, receiving, stock accuracy, forklifts, people and pace. This is not a basic pick-pack role. You'll be on the floor, leading from the front, keeping product moving, supporting the team, managing priorities, and making sure the operation runs safely, accurately and efficiently. The site is busy, well-established and continuing to evolve. They need a practical warehouse leader who can step in, take ownership, and help bring structure to a growing operation. Permanent, full-time opportunity Monday to Friday roster 6am to 2pm $33.90 per hour super Approx. $67k super, based on a 38-hour week Overtime may further increase earnings Hands-on leadership role with genuine ownership Opportunity to help improve inbound, receiving and warehouse flow Support from an experienced Warehouse Manager and existing leaders Your new role Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll help lead the inbound warehouse operation and support the day-to-day flow of goods across the site. You'll be responsible for keeping the team organised, ensuring stock is received and handled accurately, supporting safe forklift operations, and helping the warehouse run with structure and consistency. Day to day, you'll: Lead and coordinate warehouse team members on shift Oversee inbound receiving and put-away activity Support container unloading, stock flow and yard movement Ensure goods are checked, received and recorded accurately Maintain high standards around inventory accuracy and stock handling Coordinate daily priorities with the Warehouse Manager Work closely with internal teams when goods arrive incorrectly or need follow-up Support safe forklift and reach truck operations Assist with warehouse layout, staging and yard flow Keep the team moving safely around trucks, forklifts, racking and blind spots Allocate daily tasks and follow up on completion Support toolbox talks, training and onboarding Escalate people, safety, stock or operational issues early Maintain housekeeping and safe work standards Help drive better warehouse processes as the site continues to improve What you'll need Strong warehouse, logistics, dispatch, inbound or stores experience Previous team leader, leading hand or supervisory experience Current forklift licence Confident forklift operating ability, not just a licence on paper Experience working around trucks, loading areas, containers or yard environments Good understanding of inventory, stock movement and warehouse accuracy Strong attention to detail Clear communication skills Ability to lead people in a busy operational environment Reliability and punctuality Basic computer, email, tablet or RF scanner capability Strong safety mindset Ability to manage competing priorities without losing control of the floor Experience using warehouse systems, RF scanners, tablets or inventory platforms will be helpful, but the bigger priority is practical warehouse judgement, forklift confidence and leadership capability.
