Job Title: Marketing & eCommerce Manager Location: Sydney We are seeking a commercially driven Marketing & eCommerce Manager to lead brand, performance and digital growth strategy. This is a senior role combining brand leadership with full ownership of commercial outcomes, including international expansion into the US market. Responsibilities Define and execute end-to-end marketing strategy across paid media, CRM, ecommerce and brand channels. Own Shopify and Klaviyo performance, driving conversion, retention and revenue growth. Lead and optimise paid acquisition across Meta, Google and TikTok. Oversee influencer, PR, events and seasonal campaign execution. Manage and develop a multi-disciplinary marketing team and external partners. Lead the US market launch strategy from go-to-market through scale. Analyse performance data and own marketing P&L reporting and optimisation. Qualifications 6–8 years’ experience in marketing and eCommerce, including senior leadership roles. Strong expertise across Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, Google and GA4. Proven ability to lead teams and deliver commercial growth in DTC environments. Experience with international market launches, ideally US expansion.
