About the Role This is a National HSE Manager role reporting to the Head of Safety & Compliance, responsible for driving Health, Safety and Environmental outcomes across a multi-site, national operation. You will partner closely with operational leaders to embed safety into day-to-day activities, ensuring consistency in systems and practices while maintaining compliance within an ISO-accredited environment. This is not a "sit behind your desk writing policies" health and safety role - It's a hands-on role requiring regular site visits and strong engagement with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
