What you'll be doing
Mixing, building and serving cocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our standard, with consistency in prep, presentation and speed
Warmly greeting guests, taking orders, upselling and offering genuine recommendations across our drinks and shareable menu
Setting up and breaking down the bar each service — stock checks, replenishment, glassware, and keeping the station clean and well-organised
Accurately handling payments through POS
Practising the highest standard of Responsible Service of Alcohol at all times, and working with management and security to keep the venue safe
