Supporting an experienced Financial Adviser, you will work with an established client base across superannuation, investments, insurance, and cash flow management, helping deliver a seamless and high-quality client experience. This is a hands-on opportunity suited to a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Officer who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and implement financial advice recommendations Prepare and manage Fee Disclosure Statements (FDS) and associated documentation Prepare and finalise SOA/ROA Execute and process trades efficiently and accurately Liaise with superannuation funds and external providers regarding client matters Provide day-to-day support to the Financial Adviser and broader Wealth Management team Ensure all client administration is completed accurately and within required timeframes Assist in maintaining a smooth and professional client experience across all touchpoints Skills & Experience Previous experience in a Client Services Officer, Client Support, or similar financial planning support role Strong understanding of financial planning administration and advice implementation processes Exposure to SMSF and high-net-worth client environments highly regarded Xplan experience advantageous Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative Strong communication skills and a client-first approach Benefits Join a respected and growing firm with strong ongoing client demand Supportive and collaborative team culture Flexible working arrangements On-site parking provided Stable business with long-term career development opportunities Opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in a multidisciplinary environment Ready to Make an Impact?
