Contracts Administrator Location: Pakenham, VIC Position Type: Full-time Salary range: 75-90k super We are currently hiring for a Contracts Administrator to join a well established construction company. In this role, you will work directly with the Project Managers to ensure multiple projects are delivered seamlessly: on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently prepare and manage progress claims, variations, and end-to-end invoicing. Monitor project budgets closely and proactively support cost-control initiatives. Oversee and process subcontractor claims and variation requests fairly and accurately. Assist with purchase order processing and streamline invoice approvals. Key point of contact, liaising professionally with clients, subcontractors, and consultants. Project Delivery, coordinate completion records. Documentation and analysis of project records, reports, and cost breakdowns. About You To hit the ground running in this role, you will bring: Must have 4 years of experience as a contracts administrator Solid background in the construction industry with a robust understanding of construction contracts. Exceptional time management and the proven ability to juggle multiple priorities to meet tight deadlines.
