Our people aren't just employees — they're the reason we succeed. The Role This is a detail-driven, process-focused role sitting within our Salary Packaging Operations team. As Payments & Cards Officer, you'll keep the daily rhythm of Eziway's payment processing and card management running smoothly — accurately, on time, every time. How You'll Work Reporting to the Salary Packaging Manager, you'll work closely across: Cards Team — Day-to-day card operations, cancellations, exceptions and card stock management Salary Packaging — Payment processing, reconciliation and resolving discrepancies IT & Software — System queries, card provider ticketing and troubleshooting Clients & Employers — Responding to payment and card enquiries within 24 hours Requirements What You'll Own A defined set of daily and ongoing responsibilities — real ownership from day one.
