PPC Manager We're partnering with a growing independent digital agency to find a sharp, experienced PPC Manager ready to take on a senior role with real scope. The agency is based in NSW but work remotely. This isn't your standard PPC gig. Alongside owning paid media performance across a diverse client portfolio, you'll also play a key role in how the team plans and manages workload — giving you influence across both campaign output and agency operations. What you'll be doing Planning, building and optimising paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and Bing Leading strategic direction on client advertising — aligning campaign activity to broader marketing goals Conducting audience research, keyword strategy, ad copywriting and platform setup to launch campaigns to a high standard Monitoring and optimising performance to drive ROI and deliver measurable outcomes Communicating performance insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients directly Overseeing and mentoring junior team members — providing quality checks and guidance to support their development Supporting leadership with capacity planning, workload analysis and sprint forecasting to keep the team running efficiently What we're looking for 4 years in paid media, agency-side experience preferred Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads and Meta — LinkedIn, TikTok or Bing a bonus Confident communicator who can present to clients clearly and without jargon Some experience mentoring or leading junior staff An organised, analytical mindset — comfortable working with data and translating it into decisions Exposure to resource planning or capacity management would be highly regarded but isn't essential Send a detailed CV to dylan@talentdrecruitment.com.au if it sounds like something you could be interested in.
