About Our Client Our client is a progressive professional practice providing accounting, tax, bookkeeping and business advisory services to a broad client base. The Role As a Client Team Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the firm's Client Delivery Team. Your responsibilities will include: Providing high-level administrative support to accounting and bookkeeping teams Coordinating workflows, schedules and deadlines across multiple client engagements Liaising with clients, the ATO and other external stakeholders Supporting compliance activities and corporate administration processes Managing correspondence, documentation and client records Assisting with diary management, meetings and internal coordination Contributing to process improvements and workflow efficiencies This role is varied, fast-paced and central to the smooth operation of the firm.
