Your Role in VT Markets We are seeking Business Development Manager/Senior Manager to expand VT Markets’ presence in Kenya. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving business growth, managing regional operations, and leading local teams to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a proven track record in the B2B CFD industry. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, establishing strong client and partner relationships, and executing growth strategies that align with VT Markets’ global vision. Requirements What Makes You a Great Fit: Proven experience in a B2B CFD Sales/Account Management role within the financial services or trading industry is essential. Deep understanding of the local market, including client segments, competitor landscape, and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in English Language (verbal written) is required.
