Job Description Colliers is seeking an experienced and driven sales professional to join our growing Ballarat team. This is a key role, offering the opportunity to lead an established Victorian initiative across the sales, listing, leasing, and marketing of commercial properties throughout the Ballarat region. What you can expect: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace Sourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties across Ballarat and surrounding areas Maintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers Negotiating property transactions from start to finish Conducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property Cultivate & nurture strong relationships with key account clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace Delivering market knowledge and advice to clients Coordinate (with Marketing department) the marketing & selling of properties including organising signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums and videos.
