Job Title: Food Service Assistant Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Preparation, serving, presentation and delivery of food and beverages in accordance with the Food Safety Program. Ensuring that the correct food and beverages are served to each resident according to their dietary/specialised nutritional requirements. Ensure a high standard of customer service including presenting in a professional manner at all times when interacting with residents during meal services. Ensure a high standard of customer service when interacting with residents, resident representatives, and staff. About you If you have the following skills and experience, we want to meet you: Hospitality front of house experience – aged care experience desired Ability to read and interpret dietary information Ability to comply with safe work practices and food handling practices A commitment to providing a caring and empathetic service to our residents while respecting their privacy, choices and cultural preferences. A commitment to the principles of Workplace Health & Safety and ensuring a safe environment for residents and staff.
