Home Caring Loganlea is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Disability Support Worker to support a participant living with dementia. We are looking for a reliable support worker who is confident providing personal care, managing behaviours of concern, and delivering high-quality, person-centred support. Availability Requirements Applicants must be available for a minimum of 3 weekdays and be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including: • 6:00am – 2:00pm • 12:00pm – 6:00pm • 2:00pm – 6:00pm ✅ Essential Requirements • Experience supporting participants living with dementia • Experience managing behaviours of concern • Personal care experience • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card) • Current Blue Card • Current Driver’s Licence • Reliable vehicle • Current vehicle registration and comprehensive insurance • Availability to work weekday shifts This is an urgent recruitment requirement, and an immediate start is available for the right candidate.
