The Role As our Finance AI Delivery Lead, you’ll play a hands‑on role in turning Pepper Money’s Finance AI roadmap into practical, working solutions. This is a delivery‑focused role for someone who enjoys translating process pain points into trusted AI‑enabled and automation solutions that make a real difference to how Finance operates day to day. You’ll work closely with Finance stakeholders and partners across Technology, and Data to move priority use cases from concept through to production. Leading the end‑to‑end delivery of Finance AI and automation use cases, from design through to production and optimisation Translating Finance pain points into well‑designed, scalable AI‑enabled workflows and automations Building, refining and maintaining AI agents and workflows using the Microsoft stack, including Copilot Studio, Power Automate and Power Apps Partnering with Technology, Data and Analytics and the central AI team on more complex solutions Embedding controls, auditability and governance into solutions from the outset Supporting the ongoing development of Finance’s AI framework and ways of working About you You’re a delivery‑driven problem solver who enjoys working through the detail and turning ideas into working solutions. You’re comfortable working independently, confident engaging with senior stakeholders, and motivated by seeing your decisions on automation, AI and human review used in practice. You understand the importance of governance and controls and operating in a regulated environment. Proven experience delivering automation or AI‑enabled solutions end to end Strong understanding of core Finance processes such as reporting, reconciliation, budgeting or accounts payable and receivable Hands‑on capability with data transformation and analytics tools, with experience in tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Alteryx or similar platforms Experience building AI-enabled solutions, preferably using the Microsoft Power Platform (including Copilot Studio and Power Automate) Experience designing workflows and integrating systems Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain solutions and build trust and drive adoption with Finance users Curiosity and genuine interest in emerging AI capabilities and how they can create business value At Pepper Money, collaboration is just as vital as your skills.
