Based on a rural property, this is suited to an energetic, organised and proactive individual who is good with young children, helping around the home, and becoming part of a busy family environment. This role is mainly a valued second pair of hands to help keep daily life running smoothly, both around the house and garden. The role would particularly suit someone with a background in governess work, childcare, nannying, family support or similar practical household roles, who enjoys rural life and working in a family-focused environment. For the right candidate, this role also offers an excellent medium-term 6 month opportunity, which may be attractive for those seeking regional work continuity or visa extension opportunities. The Role Duties may include: Assisting with school and bus run logistics Helping supervise and support children while parents manage other commitments Assisting with after-school routines, activities and sports Helping with homework, activities, meal preparation, dinner and bath routines Light household cleaning, tidying and keeping the home organised General practical support to help the household run smoothly Light garden / yard assistance around the homestead This is a flexible role and would suit someone who is proactive, practical, organised and naturally enjoys helping where needed.
